2009 has most certainly been a trying year for the country at large: Fathers, brothers, mothers, and sisters are dying overseas; scandals continue to rock the nation. We as a nation worry and struggle to hang onto our jobs, and the immediate future of our country does not look bright. With this said, there is still much to be thankful for.
First and foremost, we should be thankful for our families and friends. It is with their support and understanding that we make it through each day. We should be thankful for our children who, no matter what, always look up to us, put a smile on our face, and love in our heart (and a hole in our wallets). To our parents, who if it wasn
